２０２０年お餅つき大会ご案内

 

今年も恒例のお餅つき大会を下記の通り執り行います。

皆さん是非お誘い合わせの上、ご参加下さいますようお願い申し上げます。

 

The annual All-Kenjinkai/ Nikkei Community's Omochitsuki / Rice Cake  Making event will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2020, from 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at JCCCW. As usual, the event will be open to the genearal public, so be sure to bring all your family and friends to come join in the fun.

 

*Due to the limited parking spaces available in the neighborhood, please consider taking public transportations or share rides to come to the venue on the Sunday event.

 

＊敷地内の駐車場に限りがあります。乗り合わせの上、お越し頂きますようお願いします。なお、路上駐車する場合、近所の住民の皆さんへのご迷惑にならないようご配慮ください。

 

Volunteers Needed!

 

As usual, one day prior to the event, we will need volunteers to help with preparations and for setting up the venue on Saturday the 11th. The same goes for the day of the event, an hour before start (10:00 A.M. on Sunday the 12th). Lastly, we will also need volunteers to help steaming the rice, making mochi during the event, and also to help clean up afterward (about 3:00 P.M. on Sunday the 12th).

 

We would be grateful to any of you who are willing to bring/lend electronic mochitsuki (rice-cake making) machines for the event. If you could, please bring these appliances to the venue one day before the event (Saturday, January 11th, 2020).

ボランティアの方、大会の前日と当日のお手伝いを募集しています。

いつものように大会前日には準備の作業があります。そして、当日の朝にも事前準備や調理があります、午後の大会終了後にも片付けがあります。

Volunteers: please arrive to the following schedules:

Day-1 Preparation: SATURDAY, JANUARY 11, 2020 at 1:30 P.M.(2-3 hours)

Day-2 the Event: SUNDAY, JANUARY 12, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. and stay after 3:00 P.M. to help clean up. Thank you!

前日に会場の準備：２０２０年１月１１日（土）１３：３０より（約３時間）、

お餅つき大会当日：２０２０年１月１２日（日）１０：００頃、ワ州日本文化会館の道場にお越し下さい。

 

** Please note: In the case of an overcrowded event, only the pre-registered volunteers will receive free access and unlimited time-in attendance. Additionally, the packing of the finished product and use of leftovers will be limited to these pre-registered volunteers as well. So, please sign up!
